| Virgin Strawberry
Margarita
juice of 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 teaspoon sugar
one strawberry
whipped cream (optional)
Toss lime juice, and strawberries (except
the one strawberry) into blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish
with the remaining strawberry.

Tropics Express
Mai Tai's
1 ounce Myers Dark Rum
2 ounces Bacardi Light Rum
2 ounces Orange Juice
2 ounces Pineapple Juice (unsweetened)
1 Maraschino Cherry
Splash of Orgeat Syrup (1/4 ounce)
Splash of Grenadine
Pineapple Chunks
Mix light rum, OJ, pineapple juice and
Orgeat syrup together and pore over ice in a tall glass. Pore
in splash of Grenadine (it will sink to the bottom.) Float
dark rum on top. Put cherry and pineapple chunks on tooth
pick for garnish.
Hint: if you're having a party, mix up
a lot of the first four ingredients in a pitcher and put it
in the refrigerator. Then, to make a Mai Tai, you just fill
from the pitcher, sink the Grenadine, float the dark rum and
pop on a garnish.

Banana Colada
1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce light rum
1 very ripe banana, sliced
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice
1 marashnio cherry
1 pineapple slice
In a blender, compbine the dark rum,
light run, banana, pineapple juice, and coconut cream with
the crushed ice.Blend well at high speed. Pour into a collins
glass. Garnish with the cherry and the pineapple slice.

Carribbean Breeze
2 ounces dark rum
1/2 ounce creme de bananes
1 teaspoon of Rose's lime juice
6 ounces pineapple juice
2 dashes orange bitters
1/2 teaspoon grenadine
Crushed ice
1 marashnio cherry
1 pineapple slice
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes,
combine the rum, creme de bananes, Rose's lime juice, pineapple
juice, orange bitters, and grenadine. Shake well. Strain into
a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Garnish with
the cherry and the pineapple slice.

Hawaiian Cocktail
2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce Cointreau or triple sec
1 ounce pineapple juice
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes,
combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a
cocktail glass!

1/2 ounce of light rum
1 ounce Tia Maria
2 ounces light cream
Crushed ice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes,
combine the dark rum, light rum, Tia Maria, and cream. Shake
well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with
crushed ice. Dust with the nutmeg.

1 ounce light rum
1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes,
combine all the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned
glass almost filled with ice cubes.

Slushy
Drink
This is a slushy fruit drink perfect for hot parties!
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
2 (6 ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
3 (6 ounce) cans of water
4 bananas, sliced
2 cups crushed fresh pineapple with juice (may use 1 large
can crushed pineapple)
1 (10 ounce) package sliced frozen strawberries
1 (10 ounce) package sliced frozen peaches
Peach schnapps to taste and to prevent freezing solid
Mix sugar and water in small saucepan over medium heat until
sugar dissolves about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, mix orange
juice concentrate, water, bananas, pineapple, strawberries,
peaches and peach schnapps. Can pour into individual serving
cups and freeze or freeze in large bowl until slushy consistency.
