How do I enter my information on the template?
Once you have the template open, just click on the line you want to type on. Press the tab key to easily move to the next line on the form.
When you move to the next line, any information that will be the same on each invitation or label will "auto-fill" in the remaining blanks.
The last blank line(s) on the invitations must be filled in separately. This is so you can put a custom message on each invitation, like "bring dessert".

I already started typing, can I finish filling
it in later without losing my work?
Yes. Just remember to save it before you close it. The next time you open it, your previous work will still be there.
back to top What happens if I click the "Reset Form" button?
Clicking the reset form button will erase everything you have entered on the entire page. This action cannot be undone so save your work often.
That way if you click "Reset Form" by mistake, you can close the template without saving your changes and then reopen the file. The only information that will be lost is information entered after your last save.
back to top What if I need more than 2 invites or 10 labels?
Save each page with a different name, like "invite_1", "invite_2", "label_1", "label_2", etc.
back to top Do I need special paper to print labels?
Technically no, but if you print it on plain paper, you will have to cut each label out and glue or tape them to the bottle.
These templates have been made using the specifications for Avery® Shipping Labels AVEO8163, 2" x 4", 10 per sheet. These can be purchased at most office supply stores.
back to top Do I need special paper to print invitations?
That depends on you. They will print just fine on plain white paper, but if this is a special occassion you may want to spring for paper that sets a mood. See the tips below.
back to top What do I need to know before I print my invitations?
Here are some tips to remember when selecting a paper.
- The color of the paper will show through in any white areas of pictures.
- To avoid waste, see if the store provides paper samples that you can take home and try out.
- Paper with a gloss finish will make the colors more brilliant; plain or textured paper will make the colors more muted.
- Remember to only buy paper that is compatible with your printer.
- Before you send the entire project to your printer, try printing just one page to make sure it's lining up correctly.
- If you're in a hurry or not sure you can do it on your own, pay a local printer or copy center to do the printing for you. Just bring them a disc with your files on it or they may allow you to email or send the files to them through their website.
